This LeaderU Knowledge Certificate is awarded by FranklinCovey to a leader who has demonstrated a firm understanding of The 4 Disciplines of Execution®, and the importance of executing goals amid competing priorities. Leaders who have earned this certificate possess the knowledge to execute a strategic initiative within a team or organization.
Knowledge Exam
Each knowledge exam is multiple choice, takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, and is securely monitored with the support of a 3rd party proctoring service. Participants must complete the exam with a passing score.
