This LeaderU Competence Certificate is awarded by FranklinCovey to a leader who has demonstrated competence in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®, and is consistently applying essential leadership skills in both personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Although mastering the 7 Habits is a lifelong endeavor, leaders who have earned this credential are consistently living timeless principles of effectiveness throughout their life.
NOTE: Be prepared to submit evidence of the required certificate(s) you have earned by linking to your profile on Credly's Acclaim platform.
You must first pass a Knowledge Exam to take a Competence exam. The Competence Exam will assess your application of the course, their key concepts and practices in real-life. The exam takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to complete and covers 8–12 objectives.
Requirements include Q&A written responses, video entries based on prompt and a live interview (includes traditional questions and role-play scenarios).
