Although leadership is a lifelong pursuit of excellence, FranklinCovey Academy alumni who have achieved this honor have mastered over 30 leadership skills.
After earning a Knowledge Certificate in all four leadership courses, candidates will complete the following in order to receive their Certificate of Mastery:
Submit a resume with updated leadership credentials.
Complete a 360° Assessment which measures individual effectiveness and enhances self-awareness. This system will collect important information from a self-evaluation and insights from those who you interact with regularly.
Schedule a final portfolio evaluation to discuss experience as a principle-centered leader.
