The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Provides a principle-centered framework for personal and professional effectiveness—increasing responsibility, purpose, productivity, restoring balance, and developing high-trust relationships.
The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership™ Establishes four roles that are highly predictive of success—focusing on trust, vision, strategy execution, and unleashing potential.
Weeks 9-16
Complete the following two courses together: Leading at the Speed of Trust® Enables individuals, leaders, and organizations to deliberately create a high trust culture for better results.
The 4 Disciplines of Execution® Gives leaders a framework to increase strategic execution by creating a culture of high performance.
Knowledge Certificate Exam
Each course will end with a Knowledge Certificate Exam. The exam is multiple choice, takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, and is securely monitored with the support of a 3rd party proctoring service. Participants must complete the exam with a passing score.
NOTE: Further detailed instructions will be provided at the time of the exam.
Leadership Mastery Assessment
After earning a Knowledge Certificate in all four leadership courses, candidates will complete the following in order to receive their Certificate of Mastery:
Submit a resume with updated leadership credentials.
Complete a 360° Assessment which measures individual effectiveness and enhances self-awareness. This system will collect important information from a self-evaluation and insights from those who you interact with regularly.
Schedule a final portfolio evaluation to discuss experience as a principle-centered leader.
